ABOUT THE EVENT: As part of our "Read and Take Flight" Adult Summer Reading Program, we're thrilled to bring you this exciting and enlightening program. We will learn all about the history of the Cape Cod Gateway Airport in Hyannis, recent projects, future projects and much more! You won't want to miss this unique and informative talk on one of the most important businesses on Cape Cod, providing commercial and general aviation services to Boston, New York and the islands of Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket. Did you know that there are 3300 airports available for public use in the United States? But only 383 are commercial service airports, thats 11% of all airports in the US, and Cape Cod Gateway Airport is one of them! Gateway also has routes to Washington DC! ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Katie R.
