    FRIENDS EVENT - 30th Anniversary Annual Meeting at 6:30 Followed by Lecture by Chris Macort - Whydah Pirate Museum Chris Macort, experienced underwater archaeologist and Director of Exhibits, Whydah Pirate Museum, will discuss his work that takes him from discoveries on the ocean floor to conservation of archeological material at the Museum's laboratory.
Chris Macort A South Orleans resident, Chris has realized his childhood dream of being a pirate hunter and has served in key roles on some of the most exciting pirate ship explorations and discoveries in modern times. He has worked with Barry Clifford on the Whydah Project for over twenty years as an Underwater Field Archaeologist and Artifact Conservator. Currently, he is Director of Exhibits at the new Whydah Pirate Museum in South Yarmouth as well as the Whydah museum in Provincetown. The lecture follows the Annual Meeting of Friends of the Cape Cod National Seashore which begins at 6:30 PM.
Tuesday Evening at Salt Pond Programs and Thursday Evening Friends Concerts are presented at the Salt Pond Visitor Center auditorium in Eastham begin at 7:00 pm, are always FREE, and last about an hour.
