Color Your Summer: A 6-Week Class with Suzanne Packer

Description:
Suzanne will use a still life set-up as the starting point to create paintings which lead the viewer's eye across and around the canvas. She will focus on creating movement through composition, color harmonies, color temperatures and textures. Oil paints will be the material of choice, but other media may be used. All levels are acceptable as there will be much individual instruction. Wednesdays from 1-4pm, on July 8, 15, 29, Aug. 5, 12, 19. $150 / $120 for members. (Note: a $40 yearly individual membership in the Cultural Center will nearly pay for itself with registration for this class.) Call 508 394-7100 to register.
