Cape Cod Community College's Summer Performing Arts Workshop is New for Summer 2016!
Two Fun and Immersive three-week programs for students entering 6, 7 and 8th grades. Each session will produce a one act play/musical for public performance in the final week of the workshop.
Session I: Disney's The Jungle Book
July 11 - 29 from 9:00AM to 4:00 PM
performances on July 25 - 29 at 2:00 PM in the Tilden Arts Center Session II: The Fantastic Mr. Fox by Roald Dahl
August 8 - 26 from 9:00AM to 4:00PM
performances on August 22 - 26 at 2:00 PM in the Tilden Arts Center "These fun and immersive three-week programs give participants the full experience of rehearsing and performing a show for a live audience. With opportunities for those interested in being on stage or behind the scenes, this engaging workshop will help develop basic theatre skills including improvisation, character development, stage makeup and costuming, lighting and set design."
Please register by July 8 for Session I and August 5 for Session II. Participants who register for both sessions are entitled to a $100 discount. Enrollment is limited to 24 students in each session.
