The VNA (Visiting Nurses Association) of Cape Cod and the Brewster Council on Aging will present an Informational Health Seminar on Monday, June 25 from 1-4PM. The program will include screenings for blood pressure, body mass index and glucose/cholesterol. You do need an appointment for the Glucose/cholesteral screeings.
Information will also be available on nutrition and diabetes education, aromatherapy, Reiki and chair yoga. A children's table will also be available so feel free to bring the "children or grandchildren". A rep from Samaritans of Cape Cod will also be available. Giveways will be a part of the program too.
