Local spiritual author Marie S. David will discuss her book Sacred Heart Songs at West Dennis Library. The presentation explains Reiki as a pathway to well-being while revealing the inter-connectedness of mind, body and spirit and includes a discussion of the book's art work. Sacred Heart Songs is a unique weaving of science and spirit in understanding the connection between spiritual well-being and physical and mental well-being; a potential pathway for relief of insomnia, fibromyalgia, and trauma; and a guide to create a sacred, safe space within, to support and maintain balance in the midst of life's stressors.
