A representative from NSTAR will be here to explain a new program called "Arrrearage Forgiveness Program". Offered to qualified customers, this program is designed to assist customers with managing past due gas and/or electric bills. Over a period of time, NSTAR will fogive past due balances provided the customers pays a budgeted amount on time each month.
