When one or more of these paths become blocked, we may experience discomfort or even pain. Jin Shin Jyutsu helps to harmonize and balance us physically, mentally and spiritually. Bettina Fischer Freelund, Ph.D., has practiced Jin Shin Jyutsu for more than a decade. In this class, she will teach you how to bring yourself back to balance when you experience symptoms such as headaches, stomach aches, injuries, fatigue or strong emotions such as anger, fear, worry, or grief.
