The band leader, drummer and background vocalist, Greg PoPPa'G Baker, has put together a loyal, gifted, and dedicated cast of musicians who are sensitive to the specific nature of 70s, 80s & 90s Funk, Soul & Classic R&B. PoPPa'G was the original live recording and touring drummer for The Village People during the height of their popularity. He was also drummer for Chubby Checker, Major Harris, Blue Magic, Brandi Wells and others and has shared the stage on tour with Gloria Gaynor, Sister Sledge, Bobby Wormack, Third World, and Peobo Bryson. Percussionist and lead singer Tracy Howerton is a master of vocal styles ranging from Stevie Wonder to Luther Vandross, Teddy Pendergrass, James Brown, Al Green, Bobby Wormack, Frankie Beverly, Rick James and much more. Add Tito Pediford (keyboards), Mark Fuller (violin), Aaron Mayer (guitar), and Tony Simmons (bass), and youve got an outstanding musical experience.
