These classes are designed for people who know how to use a sewing machine, have had some sewing experience, and would like to improve their skills or learn new ones. Beginning sewers may be accepted with permission of the instructor. Call Lorraine at 508-362-3645 for questions or permission. Participants will be able to work on projects of their choice as long as the instructor approves them. They may learn how to determine their correct size and then select and use a commercial clothing pattern or how to make simple accessories or home dÈcor items. Students who already have considerable sewing experience will be able to improve their skills or acquire new ones. Instruction is informal and based on the needs and interests or the participants. Class size will be limited to eight.* Students who have machines will be expected to bring them to use in classes.
