We will start off with the legendary Jacques Pepin. When asked how long his last meal would last he said "We would cook, drink and eat together until the end- weeks or months later- when I would die from the peche de gourmandise (sin of gluttony)!!
We will dine on Pheasant pate, Mollet eggs with Iberico ham, roast squab with peas and endive and finish with fresh seasonal fruits with buttery crepes and apricot jam.
We will wash this down with Sancerre, Beaujolais, Hermitage and of course bubbles.
