    Let your tastebuds take a walk through the french countryside as you learn how to create and cook with a french flair. Your cooking instructor will demonstrate how to use Herbs de Provence, Roquefort cheese and Brie cheese to create a 3-course menu sure to please family and friends. The menu for our "Taste of France" class is :
*Croistini with fig jam and Roquefort *Salad of baby greens with pan seared breaded Brie medallions, drizzled with Dijon Tarragon Vinaigrette *Sole Provencale
We encourage you to take notes and ask questions. Recipe handouts will be given to participants at the start of class and everyone will enjoy a tasting of each course as it's completed. Your cooking instructor, Paula LaRochelle is chef/owner of Creative Cuisine in Sandwich. Her background includes training at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, traveling throughout Europe to expand her culinary knowledge, and developing her hown catering business while raising her family in Sandwich.
