Have you fallen in the last 3 months or ever had a stroke? Do you have fatigue, dizziness or trouble getting around? Are you unsteady on your feet or taking medication that makes you feel weak? Do you have arthritis, joint disease, weakness in your legs, vision problems or neuropathy? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this program is for you!!! Accidental falls can be a serious health problem for people over age 65. Not only are falls dangerous, but they can sometimes lead to further medical problems.
