Description:
Lively puppets, colorful masks and interesting sets combine to make this a very special event. At the center of the story is the Brewster familyWilliam and Mary and their son, Love. It follows the family from their home in England to Holland, to their long and arduous voyage on the Mayflower and through their first year in Plimoth. It also looks at attitudes between the Wampanoags and the Pilgrims. This highly informative show, which presents history in a very engaging and fun way, is suitable for children in Grade 3 and up. Gerwick Puppets was founded in 1974 by Deborah Costine and Leonard Gerwick. They have presented over 5000 shows throughout New England to over one million children.
