Brent Vernon and his friend Sam the Dummy will perform from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Wellfleet United Methodist Church, 246 Main St. Vernon is a singer, songwriter, ventriloquist, children's author and illustrator based in Florida. Following the concert, the church will host a pasta and salad dinner as a fundraiser for The 246 Community Kitchen. Admission is free, donations appreciated. Information: 508-237-7939.
