Al is just a few weeks away from his wedding and an important job promotion when he hits and seriously injures Adrian, a pedestrian. His friends in the car urge him to leave the scene of the accident. Al's world collides with those of Juliette, who witnessed the accident from her window, and Vera, Adrian's wife.
