ECHO of Cape Cod is looking for Youth Applicants for its Winter and Spring Retreat weekends, to be held at the Craigville Conference Center in Centerville, Massachusetts. Applicants must be high school sophomores, juniors, seniors or freshmen in college. Each year, the ECHO Youth Board, made up of teenagers who went through the program themselves, support 6 weekend retreats, three for young men, three for young women. Each retreat starts Friday evening and ends Sunday evening with a closing Mass and ceremony. The schedule of upcoming retreats is: January 15-17: Girls February 5-7: Boys March 5-7: Girls March 26-28: Boys About the ECHO Program: This program was started in 1970 and has since helped over 9,000 youth deepen their faith and communication skills with other teenagers. ECHO is Catholic based but youth of all faith are welcome. The teams facilitating each retreat are made up of teenagers who have previously experienced an ECHO weekend, clergy, and adult members of various parish communities. Youth participating do not have to be church going, but should be open to deepening their faith and enhance their relationship with Jesus.
