Our third full length concert of the 2019/2020 season will be an exploration of the prodigious experiences of child phenoms Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Felix Mendelssohn and Samuel Barber, and how their unusual early abilities are reflected in the compositions of adulthood. On the program will be Mozart's String Quartet #14 in G Major ("Spring"), Mendelssohn's String Quartet #3 and Barber's Adagio from the String Quartet Op. 11.
