    American Business Womens Association organizes meeting on "Cultivating the Customer Experience"on March 9th at the Hyannis Radisson The Cape Cod Chapter of the American Business Womens Association (ABWA) will organize its monthly meeting on March 9th at the Hyannis Radisson. Networking will start at 5:30 with dinner starting at 6:05 p.m. and keynote speakers following the dinner. Keynote speaker Vicky Titcomb Uminowicz will share her views on "Cultivating the Customer Experience" from her own experience of owning and running Titcomb's Bookshop in Sandwich. Dinner costs $20 for members and $25 for guests or for members without a reservation. Reservations cut-off date: March 3rd, 2010. Vicky Uminowicz has a degree in German from Kutztown Univ. (and spent a semester abroad in Heidelberg Germany) and a Master's degree in American History and Museum Studies from the Univ. of Delaware. She worked at the world renowned Winterthur Museum and was then Assistant Director at Rockwood Museum both of which were in Delaware Vicky's parents Ralph and Nancy Titcomb opened Titcomb's Bookshop in 1969 as a used and rare bookshop attached to their 17th century Cape-style home. Vicky returned to Cape Cod in 1990 to assume management of the bookstore. Titcomb's Bookshop now has three floors of books (both new and old), cards, puzzles and toys and was named one of 50 unique bookstores in the world by the International Booksellers Federation in 2007.
