Cape Cod Art Center presents, BEGINNINGS, a Cape Wide High School Student Exhibit. This exhibit will run from Monday, March 19th through Sunday, March 25th. Join Cape Cod Art Center in celebrating the importance of visual arts for youth in this annual Cape-Wide High School Student Exhibition. Ten students from each of the Capes high schools are selected by their art department to partake in this annual exhibit. CCAC is honored to provide a professional gallery setting for students to showcase their art outside of their schools to gain exposure in the local community. The opening reception will be held on Friday, March 23rd from 6:00pm-8:00pm. Awards will be presented at 7:00pm. We will host a second reception on Sunday, March 25th from 2pm-4pm for all of the public to enjoy, who didnt get a chance to join us previously. CCAC is honored to present scholarships to high school art students planning on attending an accredited visual art school or college in the fall of 2018. These scholarships include the Hilary Fitzgerald Memorial Scholarship, the Thelma McManus Memorial Scholarships, the Karol Wyckoff Hyannis Rotary Club Scholarship and the Cape Cod Art Center Scholarship.
