Little Shop of Horrors
"Based on a campy 1960 horror film that featured a then unknown Jack Nicholson, Little Shop combines great doo-wop, Motown, and early '60s rock and roll music in a spoof of schlocky monster movies that pits Seymour Krelborn, a nebbish florist, against the increasingly powerful alien plant he calls Audrey II, after the girl he is madly in love with. The problem? This plant is actually an alien being that requires blood to survive and wants to take over the world."
