While serving as the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in postwar Bosnia, Madeleine Rees helped a Nebraska policewoman working for a corrupt US contractor uncover a sex trafficking ring. In "The Whistleblower," a recent film about these events, Rees was portrayed by Vanessa Redgrave. There will be a facilitated discussion after the talk.
