Description:
A two-hour seminar directed specifically to the wine neophyte in which wine enthusiasts Sue and Floriano Pavao will cover wine topics such as: deciphering the wine label, corks and corkscrews, wine glasses, choosing and storing wine, pairing wine with food, etc. Tasting of two reds/two whites included. No prior wine knowledge is required. Each attendee should bring a wine glass and a nibble to serve 8-10 people. Pre-registration is essential.
