Nauset Youth Alliance's (NYA) Annual Super Bowl Pancake Breakfast, a fundraiser for NYA's enrichment programs, will be held on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at the Brewster VFW on Freeman's Way in Brewster, from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm. The menu includes pancakes, with bacon and sausage, fruit, orange or apple juice, milk, coffee, and hot chocolate. Cost is $4 for children under 12 and $6 for adults.
Nauset Youth Alliance is a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, offering after-school, enrichment and summer programs for Brewster elementary school and Nauset Middle School students. Students have a safe place to go after school, during the summer and on weekends, while their parents are working, or just to hang out. Nauset Youth Alliance has started offering free field trips to a small number of middle school students (most recently to the Blue Man Group in Boston) and we hope to be able to continue to offer these programs.
