Description:
    Soup-er Bowl Sunday
Step in from the cold, come for a delicious meal of hearty soup and fresh bread, and prepare a week in advance for that "other" Super Bowl while supporting the Falmouth Service Center.
A Soup-er Bowl Sunday Lunch will take place on Sunday, January 31st from 12:00 - 1:30 P.M. at the Falmouth Jewish Congregation, 7 Hatchville Road.
A suggested donation of $5-$10 will get you homemade, hot soup (meat, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free varieties will be available) and fresh bread with all proceeds going to the Falmouth Service Center.
This benefit, hosted by the Falmouth Jewish Congregation and the Waquoit Congregational Church, aims to bring the community together, serve a healthy and hearty lunch, and raise awareness of the ongoing hunger problems in our community and in the world.
Attendees are asked to bring a bowl from home to make this event "green". A small number of artisan bowls, created by local artists, will be raffled off during the luncheon. Bring your friends and make new acquaintances.
The Falmouth Jewish Congregation is accessible to those with disabilities.
All are welcome at this public benefit.
