You'll leave with the tools you need to make your website work harder for you. Presenter: Sarah Johnson, a web content strategist and website designer/programmer with 20+ years experience in both marketing and technology. She focuses on the "usability" of a website, and creating the best "user experience" to help achieve your online business goals. Sarah holds a B.A. in Computer Science from UMass Boston and a MFA in Writing and Literature from Bennington College in Vermont.
